No. Nyx is built around user-initiated sleep logging. You do not need a watch or wearable to use it.

There is no free plan. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, and there is one trial per person. If your subscription ends, sleep logging and your schedule keep working, so your history keeps growing.

Yes. Moving from Essential to Plus takes effect immediately, and Apple refunds the unused part of Essential. Moving from Plus to Essential, or from monthly to yearly, takes effect at your next renewal date.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Nyx. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of your paid period or trial.
